This came in my email today from Sojourners.

Now I like sojourners, and I met them all in their office in Washington DC- good people - but I will need a few hours to work out the connection between celebrating Mother's Day, honoring the one who brought me into this world, and sending a few bucks to Sojourners. I am sure there is a connection there somewhere.
