Apple updates iMovie to v3.0.2

Apple updates iMovie to v3.0.2 System requirements for iMovie 3.0.2 call for a G3/700MHz or faster. Dang it! My iBookG3/500MHZ will not run iMovie3. That sucks! Major MHZ-ENVY!!!
I have a problem with this. This is the basic, entry level video editing program that Apple offers and it needs more speed than FCP or Premiere, and probably Avid. And it is only a 4.4 MB file to upgrade.
Why? Because Apple wants me to trash my 18 month old iBook and buy another one from them that is fast enough. If they pull any more of these, I might switch to PC!
