Sharon Osbourne Makes Good with Emmy

While Sharon Osbourne was accepting the Emmylast night, I was watching her daughter Kelly sing at the MTV Movie Awards, which, although not exactly a live event, was a whole lot better and way less stuffy. Jack Black rocked as M.C. and the whole event deconstructed the fallacy of stardom. Well done MTV. There are some nice people there at MTV. A few years ago they gave us a tour of the studio in New York and we chatted with some of the leading people, talked about some spiritual issues as well. Apparently I met Jewel but did not recognise her until after we left the studios. Bummer, I guess!
