I read Karen Armstrong's "The Battle For God: a History of Fundamentalism." Great book and I loved the synthesis with Islam, Judiasm and Christianity. But I feel she doesn't treat the Christian fundamentalists very fairly - for example:
1. Fundamentalists dont always believe that no on e will be saved during the tribulation
2. Fundamentalists dont always believe that David wrote all the Psalms.
But despite that, the book is worth a read.
Speaking of the Psalms, I read Psalm 2 this morning. David (the King) says that he sets HIS KING on the hill. I like that.
