HELP - those of you using blogSpot - blogs4God.com

Blogs4God wants us to embed our blogs with something technical (and therefore beyond my comprehension) that will allow a robot to track our every blog and make note of the worthy ones. Its a bit like the 666 on the forehead routine, except you dont go to hell.
Since Martin at Blogs4God is such a nice guy, and his web site already tracks us, I might give it a shot. In a few days. Anyone else?
