Last night we had a great party. 30-40 young people all sitting around eating great food and talking. Dj played Austin Powers type music and it was all very surreal. These parties are a way for people to learn more about following Jesus in a way that is nonthreatening and actually, like a really great party. Because it is a really great party! The kind that Jesus used to hang out at and enjoy. He would have loved the party last night.
This morning I get to tell a story about Jesus at the International Christian Baptist Church in Gamagori, Japan. Some young people are getting baptised and I will explain a little about their new life and journey to their friends and family who come to the church today. I was thinking of when the Bible says "Those who put their trust in Him will never be ashamed."
After this I hop on a bullet train for Tokyo to meet up with Karsten Wolf from Kraftwerks Church in Germany.
