I had to visit the US Embassy today for my daughter's passport, which they mistakenly stamped 6 holes through,thus cancelling it and rendering it useless. They were very apologetic and are replacing it for free. Another Aussie turned up, making the count 3 in our house at the moment. Welcome to Cindy Blick from Perth, WA.
