Gospel Brunch

Since I am on the subject of Texas, cowboys and all things western, I personally think one of the most neglected opportunities for the gospel in USA is a superb invention that is more popular in secular venues than in the churches. It is called the "Gospel Brunch" - I have been to very cool ones like the reservation-needed-Gospel-Brunch at Stubbs BBQ but even the corny ones like this Gospel Brunch last week are worth attending. Maybe one day churches will stop their worship services and start Gospel Brunches. Goodbye potluck, hello garlic mashed potatoes.
