Fewer Americans in church says the article I found on Coop's site. I was just reading Alan Jamieson's "A Churchless Faith" in the bathtub. He has a chapter entitled 'Leaver Senstive Churches" in which he recommends churches come to grips with the huge amount of people leaving churches and actually help them on their journey.

The fact is, there are a LOT of believers in Jesus who do not belong to an institutional type church. We need to DEAL WITH IT.
