Texas attendance levels back to pre-Sep 11. This is what I suggested might happen when I was with the Texans a few months ago.
"More Texans may have attended religious services immediately after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, but turnout has returned back to pre-September levels, religion scholars said.
Still, 50 percent is a high attendance rate compared with a national rate of approximately 40 percent. Current religious service attendance in Texas is well above the 33 percent the poll . . .
