Pizza Party at our apartment. Guests tonight include Jacob from Germany who I met at Freakstock (see my pathetic Freakstock movie) last year, some girls (Alice and Vera) and a homeless guy who decided to follow Jesus last week. Alice brought him (Martin) along. He is an orphan which is common for Czech homeless guys. Ministry to homeless is something that was not needed under communism but now there is a lot of needs and opportunities. Alice is trying to figure out how to love and care for homeless people. We have often worked with homeless - some of it was chronicled in the book Godspace 4 The New Edge where our mistakes and crises and victories are laid bare.
